NFL And Taking Command

Rode 20 miles after missing the eclipse with a taped ankle and cleats. It felt ok, kind of sore now. Changed out the cassette which has too much torque. Changing my mind and going back to toe straps and wrestling shoes. 4 weeks to go. After this race I'm finished until the next one in September. :-)
